The minimum stay is five days, due to the proposed regeneration, revitalization, relaxation and detoxification;
It is recommended that the check-in is made on a Sunday, when occurs the check-in of most of the guests, which facilitates adaptation and starts the series of lectures focused on health and well-being;
The check-in should be made up to 18:00 and check-out at 12:00, with the possibility to stay for lunch after the release of the room;
At Lapinha we do not drink coffee, alcoholic and soft drinks;
Cigarette smoking is not allowed in indoor environments;
Ovo-lacto vegetarian diet is prescribed individually and exclude foods that you cannot tolerate or do not consume;
For those who wish, the first activity of the day is stretching at 6:20., followed by a walk;
To avoid over-stimulation, the television is turned on at night for a certain period;
A brief prayer of thanks is made before meals;
One should respect the period of silence between 13:30 and 15:30 and we recommend the sleep from 21:30;
The atmosphere is informal, we recommend comfortable clothing.
Lapinha Spa is located in the rural municipality of Lapa (PR), about 85 km from Curitiba.
Roadmap leaving Curitiba: followed for the BR-476 towards the city of Araucária. Lapa is the first city after Araucária and Contenda. No need to enter the city. Passing the entrance cloverleaf interchange - about 2km ahead - there is a second cloverleaf with the directions to Campo do Tenente, Rio Negro, BR-116 and Lar Lapeano. In this cloverleaf turn left. About 16km further there are the signs indicating the entrance to the Lapinha: "Lapinha - Entrada a 8 km" "Lapinha - Entrada a 1 km" The entrance is on your right and you need to follow more than 2 km of dirt road.

Shuttle Airport - Lapinha - Airport
Free shuttle service on Saturdays and Sundays for flights arriving in Curitiba until 11:00 and return, departing from Curitiba after 15:30. In the remaining days of the week, the shuttle service will be subject to a fee. For more information contact on Tel: 0800 643 1090.

The free shuttle is working at these times due to the expansion of the airport of Curitiba

Lapinha is a relaxed place, is literally a place to relax and improve its health. Therefore, we recommend the use of comfortable clothes and shoes, coats, shirts, shorts and slippers. For the walks, it is essential the use of shoes, hat and sunscreen. Lapinha also offers pool activities that require a bathing suit and cap.
During the stay a bathrobe is available for guests. But in case of forgetting something, it can be purchased at the Vila Margarida (Lapinha store) that is available within the Spa.
